During landing, you can now clearly see the main landing gear compress significantly, much like on the real aircraft, as the fuselage settles under its weight while lift decreases.

Main bogie pitch compensation has also been added, allowing the wheel trucks to align with the ground during touchdown rather than remaining parallel to the fuselage.

Main bogie ground alignment

Pitch compensation helps the wheel trucks follow the longitudinal ground angle as the fuselage pitches, including during braking and nose wheel rotation.

More settled suspension response

Revised spring curves, damping and travel reduce abrupt compression and rebound, giving the aircraft a more substantial feel during taxiing and braking.

Improved loaded stance

Adjusted suspension compression and contact-point positions improve how the aircraft sits on its landing gear across different weights.

Notes

This mod prioritizes visual presentation and suspension feel rather than reproducing certified landing gear characteristics. Bogie alignment uses animation compensation; it does not add individual physical contact points for every tire. Uneven surfaces and abrupt slope changes may still produce imperfect ground alignment.
