    Description

    This is a simple package which fixes the issue of the iniBuilds/Microsoft A400M being unable to move on the ground.

    The bug was introduced with SU2, where by removing the Chocks in the walkaround would still not alliow the plane to move.
    This package fixes this by correctly setting the associated LVar within the Sim which ini uses to determine if the chocks are applied.

    Download and Installation

    Simply put the folder inside the ZIP into your MSFS2024 Community folder, done.

    HI,
    a very beautifull aircraft, very pleasant to pilot. I have a problem with the front landing gear that does not always work during taxiing.

    Hey this doesn't fix the issue for me. I still have chocks on, can't move. Do I still need to do the walk around to remove chocks?

    Any chance you can also fix the payload for the a400 as well? Issue reported here: https://forum.inibuilds.com/topic/31822-incorrect-weight-for-the-a400m/

    I made an attempt and could share with you my findings if it's something you'd be willing to take on.

    Awesome Liz, I really enjoy the A400M and it looks funny. I was always enabling devmode and putting the value on 0 (think it was ini_chocks) but this is way better. And while there were quite a lot of fixes for the A400M in latest update those Microsoft people seem to have forgot the chocks (again).

    It's not very often I leave reviews for downloads but after this mod has resolved a long standing headache I thought I would. Works exactly as it says, great work. I can finally fly the a400 realistically again! Thanks

    I love this plane so much so all these bugs slowly creeping in, and being completely unaddressed, are wildly frustrating. So grateful you made this to fix one of the worst bugs!

    iniBuilds A400M Chock Fix

    This add-on addresses the ground movement issue of the iniBuilds A400M aircraft in Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024, which arose following SU2 updates. It rectifies the chock removal problem, allowing the aircraft to move freely on the ground by properly configuring the related LVar. Installation is straightforward, requiring users to place the folder in the MSFS2024 Community directory.
