Immerse yourself in the golden age of aviation with the Boeing 727 – Passenger Edition. Following the successful release of the freighter variant and continued community interest, this expansion brings the passenger version of the tri-engine aircraft to Microsoft Flight Simulator.

The Passenger Edition features a completely redesigned passenger cabin with Business and Tourist Class, as well as a new exterior model. The realistic PBR textures and custom animations are complemented by a dynamic cabin crew simulation with audio announcements and adaptive lighting depending on the flight phase.

The cockpit is equipped with extensive interactive features, including a full Flight Engineer Panel and its own SP-150 autopilot. A built-in Electronic Flight Bag (EFB) offers SimBrief integration, loading options, performance calculations, and much more. Navigation options include classic radio navigation, simulated CIVA INS, and modern GPS variants such as GNS530 and GNS-XLS. The flight dynamics are based on real-life pilot inputs and technical references, supported by current and former 727 crew members. A custom sound set recreates the sound characteristics of the JT8D-9 engine, further providing impressive immersion.
