Minor enhancement for Manila / Ninoy Aquino International Airport (RPLL) of Cloudsurf Asia Simulations.
This enhancement is mainly for use with BATC, as it provides more accurate scenery data and missing hold shorts, but also contains some minor general improvements. In my testing, this practically eliminated unnecessary go arounds due to traffic not vacating appropriately.
This is my first attempt at editing/enhancing a scenery. I will not attempt to edit outdated gates/aprons - that is something Cloudsurf Asia Simulations themselves will have to update.

Features

• Adjusted position and thresholds of RWY 06/24 to be more accurate to real life
• Adjusted RWY 31 length and starting point to require clearance from BATC to cross the runway at C (accurate to real life)
  • This also causes traffic to line up on RWY 31 via C3/C4 instead of F5/G3 (however, takeoff roll begins from approximately F5/G3), nothing can be done to prevent this while retaining accurate runway crossing logic
• Changed TWY FX to G15, as well as updated signage
• Added all missing hold shorts to improve BATC traffic flow and allow aircraft to vacate in a timely manner
• Added taxi lane near Terminal 4 that does not exist in the original scenery (doesn't fully match the color of the original scenery taxilanes)
• Added taxi path to allow traffic vacating via E4/R4-E4 to turn left or right onto C
• Corrected hold shorts of RWY 13
• Connected northern gates to the taxiway to prevent stuck traffic spawning at these gates
• Removed unnecessary hold shorts in the scenery data
• Removed floating windsock near Terminal 4
