    KSTP - St. Paul Downtown / Holman Field - St. Paul, MN for 2024

    St. Paul Downtown airport is one of the top reliever airports in the Twin Cities area.  As the name implies, it is situated near the downtown area of St. Paul and as such it is home to many area business hangars and sees a fair amount of business jet traffic as well as Piston Engined aircraft.  It is surrounded on two sides by the Mississippi River and will partially flood when the river is high.  It is also home to the Hangar of the Saint Paul Army Aviation Facility which sees a fair number of Blackhawk helicopter operations in any given day.  

    The airport has three runways, the primary is 14-32 which is just shy of 6500'.  The other two crosswind runways are 13-31 at 4000' and 9-27 at over 3600'.  There are two main FBO's on the field and the airfield is a part-time Class D airfield with the associated tower.

    Version 4.3

    City Update 15 has given St Paul better terrain heights, much later satellite based imagery and bridges. A mistake in nearby KMSP led to strange behavior for this airport, which is hopefully fixed. This release is set as a Silent Install, since 4.3 has already been published with all the original libraries.

    This release tidies up the libraries and replaces them with a single file, mgc-oneMNSDModellib.

    Really appreciate your work on bringing this one to life! The MSFS 24 city update 15 (Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois) seems to conflict with v4.1 of this scenery in part of downtown. St. Paul Saints field is specifically noticeable. Hope you will be able to adjust given new update. thanks!

    Thanks fir that. If you have my KMSP (connomar) then under CU15, St Paul fails to be built, the river runs downhill etc. I've spent 2 days trying to find an answer, but no luck so far.

    The original scenery from Asobo had the Base Ball Stadium as a hole in the ground, so I built what you are seeing, only the update has changed the level. This creates a dilemma. It can't have a different version for each. Right now I am hoping Asobo will take note of the issues and fix them.

    Please could you post a screen shot of what you are seeing along with GPU and CPU types in case this is a hardware specific issue. Thanks.

    In order to avoid clogging up memory with duplicate copies of our models, I have reverted to packaging common components separately. I tried putting them in ONE zip file, but for some reason that failed. If you are downloading from MNSceneryDesign or connomar, these files will be included. Flightsim.to have added the master file version number, which is unhelpful, so all future releases will have our version number in the title. So long as you have the latest, you need not download them again.
