LIAA Aviosuperficie A.Leonardi Terni

The "Alvaro Leonardi" airfield of Terni (ICAO: LIAA) is the largest airfield in the province of Terni. It rises in the area of Maratta in the locality of "Le Sore" (7 km from the city center) and takes its name from the ace pilot of the First World War Alvaro Leonardi.

The Terni Aero Club is federated with the Aero Club of Italy, the flight school is certified n. 174 from AeCI and the main activity is that of "Pleasure or Sports Flight" with specialized motor on aircraft and ultralight helicopter.

The main purpose is that of popularizing the sport of flying.

L'aviosuperficie "Alvaro Leonardi" di Terni (ICAO: LIAA) è la maggiore aviosuperficie della provincia di Terni. Sorge nella zona di Maratta in località "Le Sore" (7 km dal centro della città) e prende il nome dal pilota asso della prima guerra mondiale Alvaro Leonardi.

L'Aero Club Terni è federato con l'Aero Club d'Italia,  la scuola di volo è certificata n. 174 da AeCI e la principale attività è quella del "Volo da Diporto o Sportivo" a motore specializzata su aereo ed elicottero ultraleggero.

Lo scopo principale è quello della divulgazione dello sport del volo.

Situato vicino a Terni, in Italia, questo aeroporto molto dettagliato è perfetto per i voli VFR
