    Yet another great update, you keep making your brilliant addons better and better every time! Thanks once again for your amazing work. I must admit that I'm a little biased, especially since a lot of your work covers Cheshire, which is where I live!
    You couldn't do anything over Congleton way, could you ;-) ?

    Much appreciated. Like most folks, I'm waiting to see what FS2024 brings and hoping that my mods can be easily adapted. In the meantime, I'll put Congleton on the list !

    Ditch the old EGGP approach. Everything is included in Warrington and Cheshire packages.

    Love your sceneries! Thanks for your contribution, its nice to spot local landmarks. I was getting stuttering when looking East from EGCC and I noticed a comment on this scenery and on the warrington scenery reporting a similar issue. I have narrowed it down to Lymm Services, if I fly directly over it and have it in view then i have stutters, as soon as its out of frame the stutters stop. Hope you can resolve this problem if possible. Thanks again, you've done an absolutely great job!

    I don't get the stutters but am aware that there may be a problem for some. The trucks are probably more detailed than they need to be so I will take a look and try to simplify things so it's not such a potential drain on performance. Give me a few days.

    This has done the trick! It works perfectly now and still looks great. Took a heli flight over altrincham too and its looking very familiar now. Skell you are the best, thank you very much!

    Hey, got a weird little bug. There's two buildings in the village of Hale on the approach to runway 27 of EGGP that have that 'missing texture' pinkness thing going on.

    Never had that problem before but also not flown up this way in a couple of months. Did a bit of investigating and disabled all other mods apart from this and the building textures showed up just fine. Enabled the rest of your sightseeing mods and the problem returned. I Went through them in different combos and it appears the conflict is with your Warrington POI mod.
    Also a minor thing but one of the buildings at Hale is floating a few feet off the ground. Not noticeable unless you mash your face up against the scenery like I was doing in my testing so not a big deal.
    Anyway, that aside your mods are great. Cheers!

    Edit: also don't know why this comment is formatted with weird line breaks everywhere, but I'll blame this stupid site redesign.

    Got around to trying your new file finally, sorry for the delay. I'm afraid those two buildings are still showing up as pink for me. I tried deleting all your POI mods and redownloading them to see if I had an old file lurking about but didn't work. Must be something weird on my end if no one else has the problem, but god knows what.

    As a Lancastrian, very grateful for you having made the NW of England probably the best-decorated part of the MSFS world.


    I expect in a few years there'll be no procedural objects left in our neck of the woods.

    Hi Skell, firstly I'd like to point out that I use a lot of your other scenery mods without any problems and they look great but for me the Cheshire one has a problem.

    I fly in VR and when you are approaching Manchester from over the stockport area something is causing a huge frame drop, its there if you look straight ahead or right towards Manchester, if you look left the stuttering goes away. If I remove your Cheshire mod there isn't any stuttering.


    Is there an easy way to remove individual buildings from the mod to try and find whaich one it is, its nothing new as it was there in the version before the latest one.

    Hi Scotty

    I've tried to reproduce this issue and I don't have the same problem. I have a fairly low spec system and cranked eveything up - Maccosim EGCC, fsltl traffic, Orbx UK Central, all my mods. I have the expected drop in FPS around EGCC, and usual FPS drop when panning quickly but nothing really jumps out at me. I'll keep experimenting and see if I can find something.

    Anyone else have this issue ?

    This is a VR only problem though Skell, it works fine in the 2D panel. I use a Reverb G2 and every time I look in that direction the game goes to a slide show. It also does it if you take off from Barton and look in the general direction of EGCC. Since I've removed the mod its been butter smooth around that area despite lots of other additional scenery. I suppose it could be conflicting with something else in the community folder though.

    To be fair im having the same issue. Came here to check out solutions. Im not in VR but definitely looking towards warrington at EGGP i get micro stutter. Im going to attempt rollback to see if the issue persists. To be fair the issue started when i updated this pack. Ill keep you informed.

    I'm not getting any issues on my system but understand that there are many variations in set up for everyone's system. All my models are pretty low poly and shouldn't create issues but as I don't use VR I can't speak for that.

    I will keep exploring and see if I can identify a particular culprit !
