EHRD - Expansion part 1 - New Rotterdam-The Hague airport Firestation
My total new handcrafted model of the new firestation for Rotterdam Airport is ready.
On 1 September 2020, this new fire station at Rotterdam The Hague Airport were festively and spectacularly opened.
The firestation was missing in MSFS 2020, so I created it by myself.
Very detailed (only outside) with own created textures on it, to make it look as the real fire station.
See the screenshots above together with some real photos.
This package is ready for implementing in the existing MSFS 20202 Rotterdam Airport.
Just drag and drop it in your community folder.
It will be shown together with the World Update Netherlands - Rotterdam airport.
I called it the expansion part, because i planned to create some more airport buildings which should be more accurate and detailed.
Handcrafting like the model of the Firestation cost a lot of time and is very detailed work to do, so I can't promise how fast the next one is coming. Just follow me and you will be notified when the next scenery object is ready.

Note: for those of you who also still fly with Xplane 11, I just created for that simulator the same buildling, however It is not uploaded yet. Let me know if you are interested and I will make that one as well available. Via other website of-course ;-)

The small white airconditioning boxes on the roof, the 2 green and 1 black waste boxes, the small red fire hydrant next to the football field and the manholes on the ground. They are for the surrounding scenery to make it more complete as decoration.

Dat heb je mooi gemaakt, ik als oud medewerker van het vliegveld ben hier in de sim nog vaak te vinden!
Werkt deze uitbreiding ook met WU6?

Unfortanatly it crashes my WU6. Tried without any other add ons exept for the 2 needed libraries.

Wauw schitterend, hopelijk kan je ook de lifeliner 2 wat beter tot zijn recht laten komen op ehrd.

Ja, het is een expansion die gewoon als laag erover komt te liggen. Niets verdwijnt van worldupdate. Zie screenshots, ik heb uiteraard ook de worldupates aanstaan.

Super, als je trouwens keer tijd hebt zou je dan ook EHHO Hoogeveen eens onder handen willen nemen ? Is maar klein vliegveldje en er is wel een versie die op deze site staat maar is totaal niet te vergelijken met de echte.

Echter er komen best wel veel verzoeken binnen. (wat leuk is en zie het tevens als compliment) Maar ja er zijn ook nog de gewonen werkzaamheden buiten de hobby om. :-)

Mooie aanvulling op vliegveld Zestienhoven!
Zou je misschien ook een aanvulling willen maken op Schiphol Oost? General Aviation maakt vooral gebruik van Schiphol Oost en dat deel van het vliegveld is niet helemaal volledig! B.v. de oude verkeerstoren is een belangrijk gebouw dat ontbreekt.

Dat is idd een goed idee. Ik zet het op mijn lijstje.
Echter moet ik wel even kijken of er voldoende voorbeeld foto's te vinden zijn.
Mocht je zelf toevallig foto's hebben of misschien iemand anders die dit leest, stuur het aub maar naar mij door. (linkjes of per mail)

Great stuff! My hometown airport already got an upgrade in a worldupdate but I found it still a bit 'empty'. Nice to see it is getting expension, keep it up!
