Pearl Harbor comes alive with this significantly detailed mod of the Pearl Harbor area.
1. Pearl Harbor Visitor Center
2. Ships, submarines and cranes in the harbor
3. Carrier ships in the Middle Loch
(Non of the ships are landable. Sorry)
INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Delete previous pearl_harbor_alive folder if you have it already.
Copy the pearl_harbor_alive folder contained in the pearl_harbor_alive.zip file to your Community folder.

*UPDATE April 2024 - I've discovered the following Aircraft Carrier Group by superspud is no longer available. If you have the old files, they still work.* I also recommend Aircraft Carrier Group v2 by superspud. It, among many other places, places landable aircraft carriers and ships just off the coast of Barbers Point Harbor, SW of Pearl Harbor. You can find it here:

Use the Pearl Harbor, Oahu Upgrade and Aircraft Carrier Group together for a fun flying experience taking off from the Marine Corps Air Station Kaneohe Bay airport around the east end of Oahu to finish with a flyover of Pearl Harbor and a precision landing on one of the aircraft carriers off Barbers Point Harbor.

Needs an update since WU13
As a workaround I removed the USS Missouri, Bowfin, and Oahu Stadium BGL files from this addon since MSFS now includes nice models of these objects.
I have retained the Visitor Center scenery BGL for now as it is looks better with it enabled, even though there is an overlap with the MSFS Visitor Center model. I guess an exclusion zone would fix that.

Just a reminder:
This scenery contains in layout.json a link to scenery/global/scenery/modelLib.BGL that can caus CTDs because of msfs confusions with other sceneries. This modelLib.BGL needs to be renamed into an unique name for this scenery and the link in layout.json needs to be adjusted.
