For people getting the error about their path being too long:

I also had the "too long filename" error, but I just unzipped it into a different directory, then copied the files into place without trouble.
Yeah, a FedEx Twin Otter in the correct colors!

Downloaded it but once I tried to transfer to community folder I get this error: Error 0x80010135: Path too long
Update: Changed my community folder location and that did the trick!

I'd recommend extracting the livery into something like your downloads folder, and then renaming the livery into something shorter. Another thing you could do is change the location of your sim, following this guide: https://forums.flightsimulator.com/t/how-to-change-the-installation-path-of-installed-packages-inc-community-folder/471682
