This is the second product from me/J747Sim. Check out my other airport, KDSM Des Moines Intl for a similar experience!

There arent enough jetways. Great otherwise though! I can practice as I will be flying there IRL next month :)

Sooooooo much better than the default airport. Night lights really make the difference. Thanks so much for creating this!

Not sure if its just me, but I seem to be missing jetways at this airport.

Check which version you've installed. v1.0.1j requires the Flightbeam KDEN for jetways, v1.0.1 will work without that addon.

    Thank you for your feedback!
Unfortunately, not everyone has the time or skills to develop a payware-quality airport with custom signs, buildings, ground imagery, etc - so they do what they can, completely overhauling the ground layout and replacing parkings, taxiways, updating the airport layout, and doing everything possible with their skillset.
I'm sorry if you were disappointed that this doesn't have custom everything - but I would still consider it a huge step up over the default.
In addition, I don't live near South Bend, so driving there to get imagery and data isn't an option. This was a zero-budget project, so flying is a no-go.

I used to work there and I can tell you this is pretty good! you even got the new part of the taxiway next to the terminal. Thanks for your work!

Thank you very much! The new taxiway section isn’t perfectly accurate; it’s position was guesstimated from satellite images (MSFS satellite data has the old one) but it adds a good boost to realism. Enjoy!

Nice progress. Suggestion: When you get to the general avaition areas and hangars, look for the object libraries here that include a number of hangers with open doors. Adding some of those, with in some cases static aircraft parked inside, or equipped with space for parking with tool boxes and equipment around the inner walls will add a great deal of life. Most MSFS freeware addon airports lack those. It is an opportunity to single yourself out! That from a native Hoosier. Take a look at James Daniels KBMG Bloomington as an example. One open hangar, but it adds so much.

Hi - I’ll take this into consideration when I get to working on improvements to this. My dev cycle generally looks something like “release, bug fixes for release, wait a while, work on and release major update, bug fix said update, repeat from step 3”. I take breaks in between major projects to avoid burnout- but when I do get back to South Bend (few other things I’m working on) I’ll try some of these. Next stuff to get some TLC is the GA areas, then maybe the terminal if I can get a modeler.

Any chance you could consider not changing the name of the folder with each version for this and KDSM? For those of us that use MSFS Addons Linker this necessitates re-adding it every time there's an update. Most addons keep the folder name the same to avoid this. Thanks!

I’ll consider this, though I like to keep the version name in the package title for easy support, though I could do an alternative system in the future.

Looks great! I might be being dense, but I'm not seeing a GSX profile in the download?
