    Locher Airfield LOCH ramp fix - Image 1

    Description

    Since some world updates ago, the taxiway on the fantastic Locher airfield scenery from bmw969 is damaged, so this is a fix for it.

    This mod only fixes the following package and requires it to be installed:

    Besides that, this fix also contains:

    • A nice new ramp that allows the aircraft to climb from the hangar up to the runway.
    • Correctly colored green-blue-grey textures for the mountain creek.
    • Stone wall at both sides of the ramp.
    • Slightly different colored grass texture for the runway itself.

    Great, the ramp works, only that there are a few too many trees right on the ramp, maybe because I use MapEnhancement, if they are different textures, maybe doing an exclude could help me and those like me who have this problem. :) In any case five stars and thanks in advance if you will do the excludes. :)

    Hey there, I just stumbled upon this Mod recently, and tried it out yesterday, I saw that the Ramp and everything looks good, and I tried to use the ramp with the Piaggio, and i saw that the ramp is way too narrow, you will always collide with the trees at the sides of the ramp, normally planes like the PC12 land there too and they are also able to use the ramp...maybe you can make it wider, or at least somehow remove that you collide with the object on the side of the ramp.

    But it looks good again, also that the runway is now more visible because of the slight color change is great. or did I do something wrong? Yes I know there are two version of the airport for the differen DEM versions.

    Maybe, you could completely rework the thing and make the Airport your own?
    The Main Airport will not be getting any updates in the near future I guess as the initial Creator is from Russia if I am not mistaking, and we know that all the innocent russians are getting punished for stuff they did not do and cannot access multiple online services anymore that would be reqired for all that stuff here. (I think I got into contact with the creator once an he told me that everything got more complicated up to impossible)

    Looks like it fixes the ramp and all the terrain but with this addon i got trees all over the airfield. I tried clearing cashe, running sim without mods and all this common stuff but nothing helped.
    Waiting for some fix 😉

    Please test and try to remove all other installed content, because I am pretty sure that the issue is coming from some other addon. You can see on the screenshots, that there are no trees everywhere.

    Fixes the taxiway nicely but unfortunately with this mod, I get some airports flattened. Idk why that happens but I wont risk flying with it.

    Is there any way that it works with the mamu powerlines?
    I have them installed, but then it seems there are again some gaps/missing lines.

    Maybe you could work together with @STARBART, he found a way to be compatible with the power lines, however, your airport/Wall/stones improvement is better :)

    IIRC the original scenery exists in two version. One for the stock sim and one for some Italian DEM mesh. Please ensure, that you use the version for the stock sim.

    Thanks for this! Do you think you may be able to fix the gaps in the power lines too?
    Edit: Thanks for the improvement to the power lines! Could you check the power lines on the north end of the airport too.
