    Description

    This is an enhancement to the stock airport for the KBVO Airport in Bartlesville, Oklahoma.  All Hangars and terminal are handicrafted to match as close as possible to what is currently the airport. 

    Bartlesville Municipal Airport (KBVO) is a public airport located in Osage County, Oklahoma, about one mile northwest of downtown Bartlesville.  The airport features a single concrete runway (17/35) that is 6,850 feet long and 100 feet wide.  

    Historical Note: Bartlesville Municipal Airport had commercial airline service between 1949 and 1974, with carriers like Continental Airlines, Central Airlines, and Frontier Airlines operating routes to Kansas City, Tulsa, and Denver.

    Phillips 66 has a significant presence at Bartlesville Municipal Airport (KBVO), reflecting the company's deep historical ties to the city of Bartlesville. Historical Connection: The airport's relationship with Phillips 66 is rooted in the company's history. Frank Phillips and his brother L.E. incorporated Phillips Petroleum Company in Bartlesville in 1917, which later became Phillips 66

    Absolutely fantastic! Great models and very realistic. I've spent a lot of time in B'ville quite a number of years ago, and now it's fun to fly into it now that the airport looks the way it should. I visited the place during some of the airshows there.
    Thank you for all the work and effort put into this mod.

    Nice work! I used to go to the annual Bi-plane expo they had every year at KBVO. I've flown in there many times. My dad used to live on Gundy's Airport, so that's nice work too. I'm wondering if you could do my home airport nearby, KRVS - Tulsa -Riverside? It is home to Spartan Aeronautics and Tulsa Tech flying schools. Learned to fly there myself in the late 80's. Thank you!

    Very nicely modeled. I don't like this tiled grass texture though, can you make a version with the Bing grass instead?
