    French Alps summits POI

    Since I can't change the viewing distance I had to select the most iconic/high summits. It's still work in progress though, I may add some more in the future

    For now I didn't add anything south of Ecrins mountains

    Feel free to suggest more summits, and tell me if there are too much in an area so I can remove some

    Works perfectly, looks great

    and is a great upgrade for the MSFS.

    Also seem my file with over 3000 POIs for Switzerland that also includes castles, glaciers, archeology, etc. Also for many other countries!

    Ok cool. As you can see my mod is only about french summits, all placed by hand. Still WIP, so there's more to come

    My process is semi-automated from an open-source database, so I have no control over the content. Some essential POIs may be missing. Nice work doing it by hand!

    This is fairly simple to setup in the SDK, the tedious part is to report the summits' coordinates from GMaps to the added POIs, and align the POI properly

    C'est assez simple à faire dans l'outil de dev de MSFS, la partie la plus chronophage et chiante c'est de vérifier les coordonnées des sommets, et d'aligner le POI correctement

    Thank you for having done this POIs I requested. It is exactly what I wished.
    If technically possible, I think it should be interesting to have more summits if possible. I don't know if you made it manually POI by POI or by batch processing, but if processing I am interested to have the maximum of summits ;-)

    Yes each POI was added by hand ! Don't worry I plan to add more of them, stay tuned for future update(s)
