Venture into the cold, into frozen Antarctica ! 
New airport, not included in the original game, as well as all new custom buildings, new elevation model and retexture of Marambio island.

Made by myself after a hard learning curve with Blender. Please let me know if you encounter any major bugs.


Marambio Base, ICAO: SAWB (Estación Marambio) is a permanent, all year-round Antarctica station, maintained by Argentina. At the time of its construction it was the first permanent airfield in Antarctica. It serves as the gateway to Argentine's and other nation's bases. It can be approached all year by wheeled aircraft, and serves as a hub and research base, operated by the Argentinian military.

Expect some rough weather with tough approaches and hard landings. Scenery includes the new runway 01 which is used only for takeoffs towards the north, and still missing from most charts. ATC, parking and fuel service are included, so you can use this as a hub for Antarctica bush flying. Unfortunately, neither Bing nor Google have a lot of data in Antarctica. I will try to add more Antarctica airbases when I find the time.

Installation:

1. Delete old version (Note: I renamed the new one, old starts with "SAWB..."

2. Drop the unzipped folder into your community folder.
