    Description

    V1.1 - Added new parking spots on the SW ramp. Added details near the old Beechcraft factory. Revised taxiway lines in various places.

    V1.0.1 - Revised a couple of textures based on feedback from folks who were seeing pink texture errors.  This package uses nothing but standard MS/Asobo ground textures and should work for everybody.  Since I was in the matrix, I made a few more tweaks to the Beechcraft blender models and added some new details.

    V1.0 - Updated scenery package for Beechcraft Factory Field in Wichita Kansas USA.  This is the factory where Textron produces their family of GA prop and jet airplanes (Cessna and Beechcraft).  Scenery includes handcrafted blender models of the Beechcraft delivery center, Beechcraft finishing/repair hangars, Beechcraft engineering offices and the Costco at the SW end of the field, all using PBR textures.  Scenery also includes new ground textures, fencing, multiple library asset buildings/hangars/clutter throughout.

    Why not simulate a delivery flight from here to your home airport!

    Thanks FreakyD, I missed the 2024 only for Beech Factory. I'll save the file and drop it in when I upgrade to 2024 someday. Long ago when east Wichita wasn't as built up as today Beech had a 14/32 grass strip cutting across the main runway. The history there is amazing!

    Downloaded the Beech factory a few days back but the Costco Store and a couple other buildings on the east side (one large one if your setting at the end of R01) are pink,missing the textures. It's weird,some things show up,others don't. I still have the ridiculous sized tower, but no Beech sign on the north end. I use FS2020 and have a dozen or more airports and stuff in my Community folder so I know it's installed correctly. Thanks!

    This scenery is only compatible with MSFS2024.

    Appreciate all the work you do. Think you could take a stab at KORD? It is the worst default airport in MSFS.

    Thanks... but that airport is WAY too big to take on. Plus, I think the stock KORD from Gaya is OK. There are a couple of payware options out there too.

    Very nice work. I have known the facility since the 1960s ( I used to ride motorcycles in the area now occupied by Costco.) I have followed Beech's evolutions over the years by frequent visits to friends and relatives in Wichita ever since then. Very glad you have done this as I've wished someone could improve on the MSFS version since then. Thank you.
