Description
Valloire-Bonnenuit altisurface for MSFS
LFVO in MSFS but known as LF7332
Version 0.7
--Description--
Valloire-Bonnenuit is an "altisurface" located in France, in the Alps (Département de la Savoie).
The strip is located at the end of the valley of Valloire.
The area is beautiful, the strip is not so hard.
Downwind in left hand, following the power line, then when the valley widens a bit, turn base and quickly turn final. The runway is asphalt, with the few first meters in grass.
--The scene--
It's a complete rebuilt of the default airfield, with custom buildings true to the real ones.
The surrounding has also been edited a bit (vegetation, autogen buildings...).
--> It also supersedes the LFVA airfield which has been wrongly located at the very same place and caused crazy peaks after Sim Update IV (1.16.2.0). So this can also act as a fix to The Valloire-Bonnenuit issue, while Asobo/Microsoft provide their own.
--Installation--
Just unzip and drop the "sbworks-airport-lf7332-valloire" folder into your "Community" folder of MSFS.
Make sure to have the following library installed as well to enjoy it in full:
- "Mikeat.at assetpack" library (https://fr.flightsim.to/file/1923/mikea-at-assetpack)
Note: for some reasons I had to regularly delete the content.xml file located in your c:/users/*username*/AppData/Roaming/Microsoft Flight Simulator/ folder to avoid overlap with the default LFVO and LFVA airfield. So I encourage you to do the same, at least when you add new scenes.
--What's new--
v0.5
Initial release
v0.6
Reworked for compatibility with Sim Update 5
v0.7
Removed the Airport Services definition files that caused services to disappear from not only this airfield (as intended) but also all the airports in the region or even worldwide (bug from SU5).
So now you may see marshaller or pushback here even if it's not realistic at all, waiting for this situation to be corrected by Microsoft/Asobo.

Big bump in Runway at Building end
Strip rather sunk into the ground
Some strips of grass on runway -meant to be there?

Hi!
Strange, it works well on my side. Please check if you have only my scene active for Valloire. Don't hesitate to send me screenshots via private message. If you don't see something similar to my screenshots then something's wrong on your side.
The patches of grass on the lowest part of the runway are here IRL as well ;)
Thanks.

Excellent!

https://flightsimulator.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/
