    Douglas DC-3 - Swissair - Image 1

    Description

Originally flown by USAF as 42-24133, this aircraft had a really unusual life, after USAF service she was purchased by Salem Engineering Company (when she got panoramic windows installed) as NC65266, went then to National Lead and private owners as NC6K, N88Y, N88YA and finally to England as G-BMCR. She was finally bought by Classic Air and flew with them until Ju-Air took her over. For some years they would offer nostalgic flights between Swtzerland and England. Even though this is not possible anymore, she is eventually seen in events with this shiny and neat polish.

Hi mate, it works fine here. Can you provide more details? Did you install the correct version (There are different versions for MSFS2020 and MSFS2024)?

Let me know if this solves for you!

    Douglas DC-3 - Pan American

    Douglas DC-3 - Pan American

One of the most iconic airlines in history, Pan American, or simply Pan Am. The DC-3 flexibility found a use among the powerfull Pan Am fleet in late 1963 so still on time to show the famous "blue globe" livery. The N 19912 (after services with US Army Air Forces, Pan Am, Panagra and Avianca) came back to PanAm christened 'S Clipperle, found good use in Germany linking Frankfurt Am Main to Stuttgart.

Douglas DC-3 - American Airlines Flagship

Douglas DC-3 - American Airlines Flagship

The SN 1920 was ordered in 1937 and is a "pure DC3" survivor since it was on civil service throughout WW2. It was in service with American Airlines until 1947, distictively being a plane that Eleanor Roosevelt flew in many occasions (she would pick the seat in front of the door, to be the last to board and the first to leave). It also depicted many pictures and artwork of the time since its relatives were serving in the war. In 2004 it was located in Virginia serving as a spray plane. The work to bring her to the original glory took 18 months, and now she is the oldest original DC3 still flying, and is kept in mint condition by the Flagship Detroit Foundation.
