Ardmore Airport (NZAR) is Oceania's busiest uncotrolled aerodrome. It is located in South Auckland, New Zealand. It is home to a variety of general aviation operators including flight schools, aero clubs, banner towing and helicopters just to name a few. The airfeild contains three runways, 03/21 sealed, 03/21 grass and 07/25 grass. The control tower is located in the centre of the airfeild, how ever it is used as a UNICOM service as the airfeild remains uncontrolled. Ardmore is usable for both VFR and IFR traffic, with R-NAV (GPS) approaches available for the sealed 03/21. Ardmore is New Zealands busiest airport by aircraft movement, which means flying around it uncontrolled can be quite intense!

INSTALLATION:

This enhancements requires the download of two files, the 3D modelling and the ground textures file. Install and extract BOTH individually into your community folder. 

FAQ'S:

- Why can't I download/see the buildings file?

The new update on this website for some reason hid the secondary file, when you click on download file the dropdown shows the main file and then a blank space underneath it. That blank space is the secondary file. So select the blank space and download it for the secondary (buildings) file.

- Why are some new buildings missing?

- The modelling for AR is based of surveying done in the early 2000's. I do at some point intend on updating this with the newer hangars/buildings added.
