Norsk Luftambulansetjenesten HF King Air 350i Repaint - Image 1

    Description

2 aircraft included based on King Air 250s operated by Norway's Luftambulanse.

LN-BSI circa 2019 and LN-LTI circa 2018. There are no blanks and registrations are baked in. A null spacer is in place to hide the default tail number system.

Minor issues with the paint due to limitations. Choices/compromise made:

-Nose gear door texture mapping is mirrored. Only early 2019 BSI included where the nose gear doors were not marked. Late 2019-2020 not made as they have registration marked on gear doors and it would too glaring and obvious that the registration is mirrored on one side.

-LTI winglets mirrored on right side due unwrap limitations on Asobo's part (like the 747), but I feel like it is integral to LTI's appearance and is relatively small and unnoticable, and have kept it as such

-Registrations underwing are not included due to mirrored mapping. Would rather have blank wings.

-IRL Luftambulanse are B200s without fwd emergency exits. Original version of this repaint respected emergency exit stencil marking margins, but has fractured the Luftambulansetjenesten logo. New version has encroached onto those margins to retain recognisability. Emergency exit markings are now overlayed and not compliant with regulatory requirements.
-In addition, external emergency exit latch also has a poor unwrap and is mirrored. Due to this it is now left blank and fragments the Luftambulansetjenesten logo slightly, rather than have mismatching stencil on one side

-Aft underside comm antenna (VHF2) has shared texture parts with centre ventral fin. The comm antenna is a vital radio communications part that should not be painted, so it has been compromised to leave centre ventral fin unpainted as well, even though it is painted fuselage high vis yellow irl

-Aft fuselage emergency panel cut marks are in white. Whilst red markings would be more suitable, this would increase total file size for a very small detail, so it has been left as is

Last screenshot's deicing boot texture error fixed.

Installation: Drag and drop the two folders (Luftambulanse BSI and Luftambulanse LTI) into 'Packges installation directory/Communities' folder.
