History :
Belle-Ile airfield was built in 1954.
in 1955, Air Ouest is the first regular air service between, Nantes, La Baule, Belle-Île and Quiberon, and used three DH.89 dragon rapide, then few others campany did flights, currently the company Finistair provides air connections from Brest and Rennes to Belle-Ile
(note: the stele at the entrance of this airfield is in memory of the B17 "Mehitabel" pilots and crew.

BTW: Your version if fine, but actual I will not use it caused by better coverage of Version desaigned by MaxGG60 (..and I'm not allone). So could you think about trying to join your work together with the Alternative designed by MaxGG60? (Would be much easier for all of us..)
