Rouen Vallee de Seine, LFOP (OACI) / URO (IATA), is a civil airport located in Normandy, 9kms east of Rouen.

           Paved runway, 1700x45m, QFU 04 / 22

           ILS DME (on 110.5) and lighted approach lights are available for runway 22

           Papi on both sides

           Grass runwau, 900x80m, QFU 05 / 23

           Frequencies : Twr on 120.200, App 118.575, Atis 120.730

History :

Rouen is the third Normandy area airport (nb of passengers) after, Caen and Deauville.

Rouen Vallée de Seine regional airport is inaugurated in 1991.

From years 90's to 2009, some regional companies have some flights from Rouen : Air Vendée, Air Transport Pyrénées, Regional Airlines (Rouen become the HUB of Regional Airlines),

Brit Air, Buzz, Hop (aircrafts used by these companies, at Rouen : Beechcraft, Fairchild Metroliner (19 seats), Saab 340 (36 seats), ATR42, Canadair Regional Jet (50 seats), BAe 146,

Fokker F100, MD83 (160 seats), but the MD83 could not take off or land fully loaded because of the runway length.

Private jets and some low cost flights are the main activity of the airport

Since 2014, Rouen airport is the base of the SAMU 76 helicopter (AH then AW109)
