Le Boeing 707-320C est la variante la plus polyvalente de la famille pionnière 707, dotée d'une grande porte cargo permettant des opérations simultanées passagers et fret en configuration "combi". La version propose trois configurations de navigation d'époque — le Carousel IV-A INS avec simulation de dérive inertielle et d'alignement, le Working Title UNS-1 FMS et le Garmin GNS 530 — ainsi qu'un ingénieur de vol virtuel, des systèmes électriques, pneumatiques et de pressurisation détaillés, une injection d'eau simulée pour les décollages par temps chaud et en altitude, et une compatibilité avec le Career Mode. Les repaints communautaires couvrent un large éventail d'opérateurs historiques réels — de Pan Am, TWA et American Airlines à Lufthansa, Air France et des designs militaires.
